Wonderful Stay Thanks to Amazing Service! My husband and I had an incredible experience and it was largely due to the fantastic service we received from Annette on day shift at the front desk. We came off the trail and were early but, she went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for us. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive, making us feel welcome and valued. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made for a relaxing stay. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. We highly recommend this hotel and want to give a special shoutout to Annette for making our stay truly memorable. We will definitely be returning!

Our vehicle broke down just outside of town, so we had an unplanned stay here. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good, and the wonderful staff took great care of us and worked with us while we got our vehicle fixed.

Ms. Annette F. On the day shift was AMAZING!! We had a LOT going on, I'd been up for 30 plus hours, my grandfather had just passed, we got lost looking for another place, and missing a cellphone. So my mom and I were a bit of a hot mess just to say and Annette was so kind, funny and truly a caring person, that all the chaos seemed to stop. She got me checked in and mom laughing. The room was clean and spacious. I was able to wind down and then get some food near by. It was nice and quiet. And really a great deal. One of the better places I've stayed for about 1/3 the price of other hotels I've used. I'd pay more just to deal with a kind and friendly staff like them. Housekeeping was kind, I loved the body wash they had. It was a white tea scent and hard for me to find. Really enjoyed my time and wish I could of stayed another day.

My husband and I stayed overnight with 2 dogs. The hotel and rooms were very clean, tidy, and inviting. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The cost was reasonably priced. We very much enjoyed our stay and we'll definitely stay again in the future.

Great , super clean and friendly staff in Western NC. I have stayed here several times . Only complaint no elevator. If you can’t do stairs very well like me; ask for 1st floor only! ( I forgot to)

I recommend staying here while you’re in the Franklin area. Annette F. (in the AM) was fantastic! We were welcomed warmly when something came up and we needed to check in early. She took time to make arrangements so that we could check in early and was able to work some magic to save us quite a bit of $$ - she even upgraded us at no charge! The room was nice and clean, and we were treated like family (including our pups) during our stay. It really enhanced our vacation! It was central to everything and lots of restaurants/fast food for ordering in if you wish (they do allow your delivery person to bring to your room). Thank you, Annette! We won’t stay anywhere else on our next trip to Franklin!

Everything here was great except the AC in our room wasn't up to snuff. We were offered a room swap but as luck would have it when the night mgr. Came to check the issue it was pumping, albeit desultorily.... Anywho, the night mgr. Was funny, engaging, professional , informative and efficient. She was the epitome of courtesy. She was also inordinately kind. Thank you for the cold coffee!!! I would stay here anytime. In the daytime breakfast was laid out and tasted as good as advertised. I thanked the overall mgr who was manning the front desk, for her establishment and the employees she has under her. Perfect reflection and example of exemplary mgmt techniques. Tight ship being helmed here.

Netty is an absolute pleasure and the only reason for the review and our continued stay at Microtel. If I could id hire her away in a heart beat, great individual!
